making lemonade for clare:
rebels took to the urban orchard to ask passerbyes to donate a small and slow portion of their labour to squeeze lemons to make lemonade in this not for profit, and not for endless growth exercise.
There are too many people for the resources we have, and since population grows exponentially the problem is only going to get worse fast. This is the root of so many other problems, energy needs, deforestation, world hunger, poverty, disease spreading fast. And there is no easy solution for this, so what do we do?
what is the idea we are moving forward with?
lemonade making. many people gifting a small portion of their time and labour to squeeze a contribution to the make 1 jug of lemonade. people will gift their labour, not profit from it, and will share in the resources, not waste or take for granted.
how can we do it?
in a residential area
in the community
with the community
everyone has a lemon or a cup of sugar to contribute small a4 black and white
get people to chip on their time
where does it need to take place?
as above in a residential area, or for our purposes, the urban orchard.
are there any legal implications to the activity?
