the submission:

what overwhelms you?

“vested fossil fuel interests continue to permeate the Australian policy debate around transitioning to clean energy, especially in the federal parliament. Corrupt politicians and their fossil mates engage in all kinds of logical fallacies and game playing to support continued taxpayer subsidies into gas and coal, and deliberately pedal misinformation to the general public. Ideology and vested interests are winning, although most state government now ‘get it’ and are gunning for zero emission energy supplies, even the Liberal governments in NSW and SA. I accept that there are going to be corrupt leaders, but what is so hard is that THEY KEEP GETTING ELECTED. The masses believe their hype and ideology. We need more marketing genius in other political persuasions to help get the truth out to people who simple read murdoch rags and take it all in as gospel”
