ice bank for isse:

the tiny revolutions rebels created an ice sculpture with a message urging action on climate change within, it was delivered to a major Australian bank.

 

the submission:

I am overwhelmed by the climate crisis as all the responsible people have not changed a bit in the last years, when climate change has actually became a crisis and we need to act faster than ever.

Banks, governments and mutinationals (among others) need to understand that growth won’t be the solution here, and we need to urge them to make concrete changes, as we do our own.

the thinking:

what is the idea we are moving forward with?

ice cubes shaped like hour glasses with climate change awareness message inside left in a bank.

how can we do it?

an ice sculpture shaped like an hourglass. message inside saying ‘act faster.’

where does it need to take place?

major banks in cbd + surroundings.

which banks still pay adani? target these ones.

hourglasses left on reception counter or with bank consultant.

are there any legal implications to the activity?

possible damage to the inside of the bank.
