the doing: a karaoke video for sophie

the rebels discussed why levels of distrust with our political leaders was at an all time low. the do team created a karaoke parody of twisted sisters’  ‘we’re not gonna take it’, which recently saw clive palmer be taken to court for using the song without licence because “he didn’t like the price”.

the submission:

what overwhelms you?

“I feel that trust in the political system is at an all time low. As more global pain is felt in the environment and in a growing lack of equality, apathy & disengagement increases. This overwhelms me as on a global level we need more participation to make change!”

and why?

“I too often feel like just one person, and don’t know how to make a difference on so many issues that are important to me.
