plant poetry for tayla

the submission:

“I feel overwhelmed by the disappearance of beauty and the loss of the natural world. I am particularly panicked by the corals bleaching and turning to skeletons, and by the fact that species are vanishing faster than we can keep pace with. Ones we may never have even known to exist, stamped out by our lack of custodianship, greed and stupidity.

talya, 28.9.19.

the thinking:

what is the idea we are moving forward with?

custodianship – act of care taking.
what if the plant chooses you? readdressing the balance between nature and humans.

stay moving.
